3-Course Dinner Menu

DINNER – 3-COURSE MENU. Arrival time for dinner: from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. WELCOME • Amuse-bouche. STARTER • Trout tartare, white bean cream, sweet potato chips. Served with a white wine from our cellar. MAIN • Filet mignon, smoked aubergine purée, beetroot, carrots and crispy potato. Served with a red wine from our cellar, Pasionado line. DESSERT • Chocolate "calicata", peanuts and dulce de leche. Served with our Limited Edition Extra Brut sparkling wine or Late Harvest.
