Founded in 1890, a traditional Luján de Cuyo winery known for its commitment to quality and to Mendoza’s winemaking tradition. Its history goes back to the arrival of Fioravante Sottano from the Veneto, Italy, a pioneer in the region who promoted farming and the wine industry. It has its own organic garden and regional products. It offers innovative experiences such as the first winery cabaret (Petit Infierno), which blends burlesque, live music and performing arts in the cellar, alongside more traditional options such as outdoor lunches and picnics by the winery’s lakes.
