Acquired by Donald Hess (the Swiss Hess Family Estates group) and reimagined in the early 21st century. Altura Máxima: one of the highest vineyards in the world, at 3,111 m. Winemaker: Thibaut Delmotte. Colomé Group CEO: Manuel Lanús. Farm-to-table cooking by cook Patricia Courtois, with a seasonal menu that rescues and reinvents regional flavours. The James Turrell Museum: the only one in the world devoted to the American artist and master of perception.
