Luján de Cuyo
Maal Wines
DIY asado, great for groups, casual Parador
A boutique winery in Las Compuertas with an imposing view of the Andes. Wines with strong personalities and disruptive names: NN, Biutiful, Biolento, Imposible, Mezcla, Bestial, Ambiguo, Paciencia. The Owners’ Cellar holds 4 limited-edition Malbecs (‘Maalbecs’). They offer the perfect plan for groups who want to make their own asado: after the visit and tasting, the Quincho MAAL awaits with the fire lit, the table set and everything you need for a classic DIY asado with blood sausage, chorizo and cuts of beef. El Parador del Maal is the casual food option in the gardens overlooking the Andes, with small sandwiches and a glass of wine.
